* June 25, 2026 08:00 PM - September 28, 2026 08:00 PM PST
* Refund Eligibility: Purchased, but unused Rubies. All other currency and items beside the Paid Rubies are not eligible for Refund.
* Conversion Rate: 20 KRW per Ruby x1
※ Please note that only paid Rubies that are on your account during the application period are eligible.
※ The schedule of the actual refund may vary depending on the date your inquiry was submitted.
※ For identity verification purposes, please provide your account’s IMID.

■ How to file a Refund request
* Go to the ASTRA: Knights of Veda Customer Center and select 1:1 Inquiry
* First Stage: [Customer Center] → [1:1 Inquiry] → [Refund Application] → [First Refund Eligibility Check] → Fill in required information
* Second Stage: [Customer Center] → [1:1 Inquiry] → [Refund Application] → [Second Refund Information Submission] → Fill in required information
※ When submitting your inquiry, please enter the title as “ASTRA: Knights of Veda - Refund Application.”
※ If the form is not completed correctly, refunds may not be processed. Please ensure you follow the refund form exactly.

■ Notes when submitting a Refund request
※ Inquiries must be submitted using the email linked to your account. If submitted from an email that does not match your account information, the refund request will be excluded.
※ Required supporting documents may differ depending on the store where the payment was made.
※ During the first refund eligibility check, please ensure that no personal information is entered.
※ If confirmed as eligible in the first stage, please proceed with the second stage refund information submission.
※ Consent to the collection and use of personal information is required when submitting the second stage refund information. Without consent, refunds cannot be processed.
※ If the information provided in the second stage is inaccurate, refund processing will not be possible.
※ For the second stage inquiries, please attach the payment receipt(s) showing the order number.

※ Refunds will only be processed for Masters of the Book who submit a 1:1 inquiry and consent to the collection and use of personal information.
※ Refund eligibility, criteria, and processing methods may vary depending on local laws, regulations, and server conditions.
※ Only inquiries submitted within the refund application period will be considered; submissions before or after the period cannot be processed.
