Issues related to Journey in Memory were announced to have occurred on March 27. We have made adjustments to address the issue.

However, we’ve monitored the users affected and noticed some accounts repeatedly took advantage of the error to gain rewards repeatedly.

As mentioned on our Operation Policy, such actions may result in sanctions being applied to your account. For more details regarding on these sanctions, please check the following information:

* Reason: Obtaining Items/Rewards by exploiting game errors
* Affected Users: 71 Users

■ Notes
* If your game is not updated, content that requires other players (Co-op, Arena) may be problematic. Please make sure to restart the game to download the patch before engaging in these contents.
* Sanctions applied are based on and are applied according to the degree of error usage.
* You can view detailed information about the operation policy in the operation policy.
* Sanctions are applied on a per-account basis, and in the event of a permanent restriction, all servers related to the account will be permanently restricted.
* Objections can be submitted via 1:1 inquiry to the Customer Center within 15 days of the restriction on use.
